The symbiosis of reduction and ripe fruit reveals the complexity and restraint present in this bouquet. It also unveils nuances of fresh wood, which make up only a tiny part of the olfactory character. In addition, notes of elderberry, peppermint, plums, and tea leaves gradually emerge. On the palate, the wine impresses with its fullness and its ability to convince in terms of substance and elegance. It is slender yet broad, floating yet deep, radiant yet serene.
