Pavillon Blanc du Château Margaux 2024 - Primeur / Subskription

The bouquet reveals itself subtly through fine nuances of fresh pineapple, passion fruit, and mirabelle plums, followed by a hint of white pepper and fennel. On the palate, the wine surprises with its roundness and texture. It is naturally elegant, but doesn’t quite have the profile typically found in other white wines of this vintage. Ultimately, however, that’s not the point—because it carries the DNA of Château Margaux’s white wines: finesse, harmony, and spice! The lower-than-usual alcohol content is very welcome in this context, where there is also less acidity. The finish is slightly salty with citrus aromas. A harmonious wine with a long-lasting finish that can already be enjoyed in its youth. - Yves Beck
